Starting in 2027, we plan to double our sales annually and scale our high-voltage interface to 280 sold systems per year by 2030. Our strategy aims to establish a global standard. We achieve this by expanding our team and focusing on a streamlined product line with automated production, ensuring high quality even in large series while continuously reducing manufacturing costs.

The Start-up
Since its incorporation in 2021, our startup has been pursuing a clear goal: to create a scalable product that enables an energy network across the entire semi-trailer.
30 percent of CO₂ emissions from road traffic come from heavy-duty vehicles. Most of these emissions are caused by semi-trucks. To achieve decarbonization, these vehicles must use alternative drive technologies. Currently, it is expected that fully electric vehicles will replace diesel trucks first. Later, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will also establish themselves in the market. Both technologies use a high-voltage direct current network. From our point of view, it makes no sense that the trailer is not yet part of the energy network. The advantages of integrating the trailer into the energy network of the semi-truck are clear. Therefore, we are convinced that this development is not a question of if, but when. We are working to make it happen quickly. We identified the unsolved problem of the power connection early and solved it with a well-designed and innovative technology. Together, we combine the technical and economic expertise needed to master this challenge.

After the successful implementation of the pilot project, we will start production to make our high-voltage interface available for widespread use. Our focus is on creating an industrially manufacturable and scalable product that does not rely on project-specific engineering but can be produced and marketed in series production.

We are currently planning a groundbreaking pilot project. With the support of our project partner, our innovative high-voltage interface will be tested under real-life conditions in a logistics operation. We have already planned the technical basis for implementation. We are currently still looking for investors to finance the project and a logistics company to carry out the pilot.

In 2021, we founded Alligator AG with the vision of developing a system that enables flexible and secure handling of energy transfer between semi-truck and trailer, to achieve increased process and energy efficiency. The Schacher family fully owns the start-up, which provides a strong base for innovative development due to its engineering and mechanics experience.
